“Recently Broxtowe Borough Council introduced as part of its modernisation programme for electronic governance a CRM system. The system will ensure improved customer management for both face to face appointments and telephone enquiries. To support the system there is a requirement to produce a range of public information leaflets. To undertake the reproductive work a local company Phase Print of Underwood were contacted and engaged. The result of the collaborative work between the professional advice provided by Phase and the technical information supplied by Broxtowe has resulted in the production of a series of leaflets that residents have commented are easy to read, clear and colourful.
