Supplying your own artwork
You are welcome to supply your own artwork if you are able to, but we suggest you take time to look over these guidelines for supplying print-ready digital artwork. These are intended to help get it right the first time. If, after reading these guidelines, you are still unsure of what to do, give us a call and one of our designers shall be only too pleased to help you.
Uploading your artwork
Below is a simple File Upload Form for your artwork file.
Please place your file(s) in one folder and compress it using WinZip, Stuffit or a similar file compression programme.
If you experience any issues with this file uploader, please let us know.
Please note that the maximum file size for uploads is 2MB. For file sizes larger than 2MB we recommend you use the free and secure YOUSENDIT online file delivery service to studio@phaseprint.com.
Prices quoted are based on print-ready artwork supplied with no alterations required.

Files must be 4 colour (CYMK) compliant and either include all necessary fonts (typeface files) or text should be converted to paths (outlines). Pictures should be high resolution (300dpi) and saved in CYMK mode as a TIFF file. Finished artwork files should be supplied as either a print quality PDF file or an EPS (Encapsulated Post Script) file, or a maximum quality CYMK JPEG (.jpg) or a TIFF file. Pages should be set with a 3mm bleed where the design is to be printed to the edge of the sheet and we recommend that textual content should not be within 3mm of the edge.
