free artwork healthcheck with all orders

When you have placed you order with us and uploaded your artwork, we will check it over fully and give it a Free Health Check. Should there be any issues with your artwork, we will contact you and discuss how we can rectify them.
We will check:
• Text content (including spelling)
• Font issues (where text has not been converted to paths/outlines)
• Quality of photographic images and logos
• Document size (including bleed area)
• Colour separations

Prices quoted are based on print-ready artwork supplied with no alterations required, unless otherwise stated within the product details. Files must be 4 colour (CYMK) compliant and either include all necessary fonts (typeface files) or text should be converted to paths (outlines). Pictures should be high resolution (300dpi) and saved in CYMK mode as a TIFF file. Finished artwork files should be supplied as either a print quality PDF file or an EPS (Encapsulated Post Script) file, or a maximum quality CYMK JPEG (.jpg) or a TIFF file. Pages should be set with a 3mm bleed where the design is to be printed to the edge of the sheet and we recommend that textual content should not be within 3mm of the edge.
